Privacy notice

This website is run by Vedro International Inc., which trades as Hamro Ramro ("we", "us"). Our address is 8743 Bedford Euless Rd, Ste 210, Hurst, Texas 76053, USA. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the wholesale inquiry form.

1. What we collect

When you send a wholesale inquiry, we collect:

• your full name
• your business name and business type
• your email address
• your phone number (optional)
• your city and state
• the products and carton quantities you are interested in (optional)
• your message (optional)
• the page you sent the form from

We do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal information. Please do not include any in your message.

2. Why we use it

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss wholesale supply with you.

3. Where it goes

When you submit the form, your inquiry is sent by email to our inbox at [email protected] and a copy is stored securely with our website hosting provider, Cloudflare, so that no inquiry is lost if an email is delayed. Our hosting provider handles the information only to run the website and deliver the email.

4. Spam protection

To block spam, the form uses a hidden check field and limits how many inquiries can be sent from one connection in an hour. For this limit we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address, not the address itself.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track your visits. It uses only what is needed for the site and the form to work.

6. We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising. We share it only with the service providers described above, or when the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails and stored inquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email [email protected] and we will reply within a reasonable time.

9. Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
